- On January 21, 2020, FNC Entertainment issued a statement confirming that Lee Jae Jin has begun his mandatory military service. He was admitted to the recruit training center of the 3rd Cheorwon Army Division in Gangwon Province and after completing the five weeks of basic military training, he will serve as an active duty soldier. He was officially discharged from the military on August 1, 2021.
