Biography
2017: Participation in the MIXNINE program
On September 25, HF Music Company revealed that Kim Hyun Soo, along with all of his trainees, would be appearing on the survival program of YG MIXNINEan agency source added that, although they will be filming the program, it had not yet been decided whether they would participate in the actual competition.
2018: Member of the group to debut HNB
On May 22, it was confirmed that Kim Hyun Soo would be part of his upcoming debut group, HNB (Happyface Next Boys).
Special Collaboration Mini Album “Present
On June 14 at 6 p.m. KST, Kim Hyun Soo together with his agency partner, Woo Jin Young they released their first mini album “Present” along with the music video “Falling in Love”, a tropical song with a strong melody perfect for the summer.
The music video stars his agency partner, the member of Dreamcatcher, Yoohyeon.
2019: Debut and D1CE
On March 12, the agency announced that the HNB formation project was concluded, and the group’s official name was chosen as D1CE, Kim Hyun Soo will debut with the group on August 1, 2019.
