Biography

She began to take singing and dancing lessons as a child, being BoA she wrote her first song at the age of fifteen and started playing guitar in her third year of high school. To make her music of higher quality, she decided to go to study in Japan in June 2010, where she participated in the music reality show “Niji Iro Supernova”, where she won first place, beating many other singers and songwriters.

Signed with the agency FNC Entertainment she first made her debut in Japan (as did her former agency partners), becoming its first female artist, CNBLUE) with the album “Ready Go! ” in 2011 and then in Korea in 2012.

At the beginning of 2016, her contract with FNC Entertainment the contract was terminated and she decided not to renew it, thus leaving what had been her agency for 5 years.

On February 22, 2016, it was revealed that she had signed a contract with the company C9 Entertainment this, in part, was due to the fact that she is a close friend of the singer Younha which is under the same company.
